Cycladic house VILLA GEM POUNTA,completely renovated in the area of Pounta,opposite from Antiparos,near a beach with popular kite surf center.Consists of 2 units with independent entrances,3 bedrooms for up to 6 people.Located in a private area with parking and large yard with trees,barbeque and garden ideal and safe for children.The only room studio has its own bathroom ,fully equipped kitchen,queen size bed and entrance.At a very close distance both from Alyki and from Antiparos and Paroikia.

The space
VILLA GEM POUNTA consists of 2 parts with separate entrances. The main part is a spacious open plan kitchen living room, fully equipped with fireplace, A/C, smart TV, couch (convertible in single bed), 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The veranda has a large table for up to 6 person and a modern swing.
The studio is a comfortable room with common kitchen living room, A/C, TV, an armchair that converts into a child's single bed, queens size bed and bathroom with shower. Separate entrance with stairs.
