3 ACRES, 4 KAYAKS, 1 MILE FROM BOAT LANDING, 25 MIN DRIVE TO BEACH

Country living, new, clean, close to the beach, set on 3 acres. Tons of FUN. Froggy cottage is the perfect spot to come back to after a day at the beach, exploring Charleston, on the water.... come back and relax at the cottage!

At the far end of the property there are ponies and goats that you can visit with :)

16 miles to Edisto, 25 miles to downtown Charleston, boat ramp (1 mile away, house comes with 4 single kayaks)

The space
Level 1- open space, fully stocked kitchen/ dining (seats 4) with a sleeper sofa, a foosball table in a common area, new washer and dryer, and full bathroom (with shower), large tv. Wifi throughout, AC/ heat throughout, TV includes subscriptions to Netflix, Prime, Hulu...

Level2-bedroom with a king size bed, tv, and pull out couch. Attached, with glass double doors separating, is a single bed in a sleeping "nook" that is on the balcony area of 2nd floor. Separated from stairs by a safety gate and half wall.

Outside- 2 picnic tables , fire pit with seating (we provide firewood), color changing party lights, 4 single kayaks with 4 adult and 2 kids life vests, beach chairs and toys, a hammock, & grill are all available for you to use. Property adjacent has a pony and mini- horse that you can visit with (kids love this). You may also catch a glimpse of the chickens and goats.


note- we are on well water here. So, as with many country homes, the water may smell a bit "eggy" or of sulfur. We have a water dispenser at the home with fresh water to drink. In addition, there is a water filtration device on the shower.


Not suitable for parties or events.

Down a private gravel road with 4 homes total. Woods as a backdrop to the home. Boat ramp to launch from 1 mile down road. Launch into toogoodoo creek. Appropriate for most boat sizes. No “dock” at the launch, however a launch with a dock is about 10 mins down the road . Once on water, 1 min ride to sandbars
