The space
Every detail matters during your stay at #ThePrestonPlace. This newly-remodeled space is ideal for visiting family, game day guests, traveling business men/women, friend getaway, or couples night out! All of your basic needs will be provided for (and then some), with welcoming details personalized to your stay.

The utmost attention has been given to provide quality, hypoallergenic, & super comfy mattresses, sheets, and towels. In addition to new kitchen amenities (coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils & spices), #ThePrestonPlace offers: washer/dryer, roomy closet, private outside deck with table, chairs, & lighting.

Most importantly, your suite is supported by a private WIFI modem, guaranteeing you lightning fast speed and streaming to the smart TV (DVD player provided).

Check-in (3:00pm):
• Your private entrance will be keypad coded to the last four digits of the phone number used at booking for convenience and ease. No more fumbling around with keys! Come and go as you please at check-in time!

Check-out: (12:00pm) check-out checklist will be provided in your suite on arrival.

Other things to note:

This is an upstairs guest suite with private entrance & private parking; located above quiet garage of adjoining historic home. This suite is NOT wheelchair accessible. Your entrance faces Preston Street, neighbored only by your host's home and cross-street church parking lot. You are welcome to use parking lot to host additional guests during daytime hours, but only registered guests allowed to park privately overnight. Security cameras on parking areas & stairway entrance ONLY will be IN USE during the course of your stay. No interior cameras. No smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke on patio area. No pets allowed. Quiet hours will be enforced at 11:00pm-no loud music, no loud outside conversations or parties. Please DO NOT enter garage below suite or host's private backyard. Please note, we DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE to keep your cost low. In lieu of this, please kindly oblige the check-out checklist left for you in suite.

Additionally, we REQUIRE 2-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS (Friday-Sunday). We will also charge a $50 per night fee to any UNREGISTERED GUESTS staying overnight. We monitor this via our security cameras. Please register all intended overnight guests at time of booking, or you will be charged extra.
