The apartment is in the heart of the city center at Pezodromos St.. It offers direct access (2 min. walk) to the cafés, the bars, restaurants, super markets, the low cost municipal parking and the local bus station where you can catch a bus which leads to the train station and to Paralia Beach (in aprox. 15 minutes). The apartment is on the 1st floor (it has a lift), is fully renovated (in 2021) and equipped. Suitable for leisure and/or business trips.

The Pedestrian (Pezodromos) neighborhood offers direct access to all well-known shops in the city center, such as restaurants, cafeterias, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. The central Eleftherias Square, the renovated Efkarpidis Square (where the local cinema is located) and Town Hall are just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The Katerini Municipal Park, within a 5-minute walking distance, transformed into the Park of Colors in winter, hosts a program of events with small concerts and plays for children and adults, carried out in the Open-Air Amphitheatre of Katerini Park.
Delivery (breakfast, as well as coffee/soft drinks/drinks) from the neighboring bars and restaurants (e.g. "Freud Bareatory", "Kitchen Pasta") is available 24/7. The cafeterias in Eleftherias Square are open until late at night. The apartment is located in a quiet building which mainly consists of offices and the cafes/bars nearby are not noisy except on special events occasions. In the mornings, although the Pedestrian Street (Pezodromos) is crowded, the apartment remains soundless as it looks on to the courtyard and no building is opposite to it.
