The Perch is situated in the center of Lyndhurst, considered by many to be ‘the heart of the New Forest’. With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and up and down the bustling & busy High Street below. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it is the perfect pad for up to two adults. Step out of The Perch and you are immediately surrounded by coffee-shops, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Sorry no children or pets allowed.

The space
The Perch is a newly converted spacious flat. Modern and comfortable furnishings and decoration aim to give a ‘boutique’ feel throughout the property. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances; the bathroom has a bath and shower and the bedroom has been furnished and decorated to the highest standard. With sole use of the property, it comes with a free allocated parking slot nearby.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer & iron. The kitchen is stocked to allow you to immediately make yourself at home, including tea, coffee pods, milk, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and kitchen sundries etc. For those relaxing days in, there is wifi and a modern 50 inch smart TV with internet access
on which you can easily log on to your Netflix, Prime Video or AppleTV accounts (not provided) or connect your own devices using AirPlay or the HDMI cable provided. High-quality towels and linen complete that feel of luxury.

Lyndhurst really is a gem at the heart of the New Forest. There are lots of high quality pubs, restaurants and cafes along the High Street.

There are a range of interesting shops from small specialist boutiques and antique shops to our own Ferrari dealership! We also have a Tesco’s Express (with a cashpoint) open 6am to 11pm.

There is also much to see and do; St. Michael and All Angels church is the last resting place of Alice Liddell (later Hargreaves), the inspiration for Alice in Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Although you can stop in front of the Perch to load and unload, the property comes with a free private parking space just a short walk away behind the building. On arrival, a key-safe gives easy and immediate access through a secure entrance door to this second floor standalone apartment with its own entrance. An electronic door entry system allows the flat occupants to allow secure access.
