This TASTEFULLY NORDIC furnished designer unit has 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom unit with MINIMALIST inspired interior design. SUITABLE for Family, Leisure or Business Traveler.

Our unit can accommodate 3 Pax COMFORTABLY and foldable single mattress will be added if MORE than 3 Pax, maximum up to 4 PAX.

This is a multi-tier SECURITY and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.CCTV installed on the top of entrance unit.

Other things to note :-

Security Deposit : RM350
(To be collect by Host before check-in)

🔹Security Deposit It's fully refundable when guest check-out.As long as there isn't any loss/damage to the furniture and fixtures in the apartment and FOLLOW HOUSE RULES.

🔹In the event,if the guest confirmed positive covid-19 during the stay at the unit,all costs relating to the sanitization and disinfection/enchanced cleaning by professional company will be fully borne by the guest.The cost is RM350.

🔹No PARTY/EVENT in this unit.If there is any party/event found without host consent.Extra cleaning fee required to clean the party/event mess.Any food/drink/vomit stain on fabric furniture found,we will make claim via Airbnb.

🔹If you are new to Airbnb, we would like to explain about the ONE TIME cleaning fee we CHARGE to cover our cost of cleaning our space (such as laundry cost and manpower cost to clean up the house). The fee is NOT for daily housekeeping service like what a commercial hotel practices.

🔹This fee structure is to ensure guest who would like to stay longer is getting the most COMPETITIVE room rates, because we do not factor in the cleaning fee into room rates.

🔹If you need more FREQUENT housekeeping, it comes at additional cost and we will arrange on best effort basis :)

🔹NO SMOKING allowed.Smoking in the room,balcony and inside apartment will be charged of RM500 as a penalty.

🕚Check-Out Time : 11:00 AM
🔹Early Check-In or Late Check-Out will be charged of RM45 per-hour.

🔵Late check-out is available at RM45 per-hour and up to 1:00PM ONLY,if requested in advance.For late check-out WITHOUT INFORMING or turn cleaners away after they have arrived,we will deduct RM100 from your security deposit.

🔴During PEAK Season/Public Holiday/Weekend/School Holiday.Not ALLOW for late check-out.

🔹The number of guest must not EXCEED of guests registered on the reservation,otherwise PENALTY RM300 will charge on guest.

will be open for use on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS with fully vaccinated.

🔹Carpark
Only ONE (1) FREE Car Park PROVIDED.
For MORE than 1 car,park at visitor overnight parking or park inside mall with parking fees applied.

🔹Access Card
Only ONE(1) access card provided.
