Come celebrate holidays with us at the dike! A lovely holiday home on the Afgedamde Maas, suitable for 2 persons. In a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking, close to places like Den Bosch, Gorinchem, Waalwijk and fortified towns like Heusden and Woudrichem. The Efteling and the Loonse & Drunense Duinen are also nearby. If you want to go by bike we have e-bikes for rent. The cottage has all the comforts: full kitchen, air conditioning, TV, record player and WiFi.

The space
Do you want to relax, or are you just looking for a quiet workplace, or do you want to write that long-awaited book? We can do it all!

The cottage is fully equipped. Outside you have a private terrace (with heater), or find a place somewhere in our garden. Great chance you see a woodpecker, Flemish jay, pheasant or owl!

And then all of a sudden... you've completely forgotten the time... :)

The cottage is equipped with:

BBQ's are allowed, but not directly next to the cottage due to the thatched roof, but feel free to look for a place in the garden.

In summer when our vegetable garden is growing and blooming you are free to use this whatever you want.

Due to the open/playful character of the cottage, it is less suitable for the disabled and small children.

The price includes bed and bath linen, cleaning and tourist tax.

There is also a fries cart on Wednesday through Saturday. A large Jumbo supermarket with additional facilities such as a bakery and florist is located within a 5-minute drive. Here and there along the way are farm shops or stalls where you can purchase fresh eggs, potatoes, cheese, fruit, etc.
