The house is close to John Wayne Airport, the Costa Mesa Fair Grounds, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island and the Segerstrom Preforming Arts Center, UCI University and cultural points of interest. It is 30 minutes from Disneyland, 30 minutes from Laguna Beach, 5 minutes drive or 20 minute bike ride to Newport Beach. Only minutes away from the planned City of Irvine and it's amenities.

My husband and I became AirBnB hosts in 2014. It has been a very enjoyable experience. I have been retired for eight years and have lived in our townhouse for 20 years. I did a lot of traveling with my husband and those are precious memories. I grew up and was schooled in this area. I was married for 53 years, before my husband's passing. I have two grown sons and 4 grandchildren that all live locally. I golf and do crafts, love gardening, am a member of a Lions Service Club. I enjoy volunteering time at the elementary school and high school. I continue to travel and enjoy going to new places.

During this past year of the pandemic, I have not been hosting anyone. I am ready to jump back in. I have had both of my vaccinatins and would prefer anyone who wishes to stay with me to have theirs, for both of our safety.
