and coffee making facilities and a simple breakfast are provided in your room.

Durham is an easy 10 minute drive away and there is an excellent local bus service to Durham and surrounding areas. By foot its a lovely 50 minute walk into Durham through a traffic free local nature reserve with lovely cathedral views.

There are local shops 2 minutes walk and a large retail park 0.7 miles away.

The space
My house is situated in a quiet friendly residential area. Guests use the front door of the house to access the stairs leading to their room.

There is usually just me and sometimes my partner and occasional visits from my grown up children.

Tea and coffee making facilities and a simple breakfast are provided in your room. Full use of a kitchen is available for stays of 3 nights or more.

I have a garden guests are welcome to use.
