Private apartment close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, fast WiFi, Smart TV, equipped kitchen and work space. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very quiet street with little traffic noise. Tennis and basket court in front in the premises. Pets are welcome. Outside seating area and Hammock. Pet friendly.

Where you’ll be

Carolina, Puerto Rico

The neighborhood is a residential, safe and quiet area. There is very low vehicle traffic in the street where the unit is located since is in a dead end street. You will find plenty of space to park your car in front of the property (free of charge).

The area is very safe. You can walk to restaurants and grocery stores using the pedestrian bridge that gets to Isla Verde Avenue. If you don't have a car, you can use Uber to go to old San Juan, T Mobile District, Piñones, La Placita de Santurce, Calle Loiza, The Mall of San Juan, that are 10 minutes driving from our place.

There's a recreational park near the properties where you can walk with your pet. There is also a tennis court that you can use for a small fee, and basketball court.

Hi! My name is Rey and my wife Mairis. Since we married, we always dreamed to have a beach house here in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. We worked really hard and now we have it! We really love our house, the beach, the tropical breeze, the big mango tree in our patio. We want to share our home and meet new people from around the world. We are passionate travelers. We’ve been in London, Paris, Norway, Sweden, Rome, Switzerland, Spain, Canada and several states (Arizona, California and Utah are our favorites, last year we hiked the Angel’s Landing trail to the top!)
