You will stay in the best of Itaipava. In the middle of the gastronomic pole, almost in front of the Park Exhibition, close to everything you need, market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. In Itaipava, everything is done by walking and if you need to drive, there is a bus stop in front of the condominium. It is a 30 minutes drive from the Historic Center of Petrópolis and close to plenty of nature, tranquility and security.
