Newly built house!!

The newly built small guesthouse is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 1 mil outside Östersund. The view is out of the ordinary with a view of the Great Lake and the Oviksfjällen mountains.

Smart and efficiently planned surface.

In the house there is a wood stove and wood. Bed loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Fully-equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Sofa bed 140 cm.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Wi-Fi, TV with many channels. Various board games are available in the house and there is an opportunity to borrow more!

The space
The house provides a lovely welcoming feeling with an amazing view of the Jämtland countryside.

Free parking for 2 cars. Loan bikes are available.
Safe storage is available for MTB bikes.

The focus for us is to create a community for the guests who live in the house. To start the day with a walk or a ski tour in the nice tracks in Ås, or why not inside Östersund at the National Biathlon Arena. Then we recommend cooking a good dinner over an open fire in the fireplace outside the cottage. Then end a lovely day with some parlor games or just relax to a movie. And if you're lucky, you'll be able to see the Northern Lights.
