In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea.
Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The space
The house has an open plan living room with a double bed,when you wake up the first thing you see is the sea. Also there is a comfy convertible sofa bed with sea view. In addition the kitchen is also in the open plan space.
Kitchenware, coffee maker, kettle, mini blender are provided.
Moreover there is a cave bathroom (cycladic architecture)is carved into the volcanic soil of Milos.

The visitor is surrounded by beautiful- multicolored boat houses called sirmata where the fishermen used to store their boats during the winter . You can start the day with a dip in the sea and then relax on the balcony on a comfy sofa overlooking the Aegean Sea.
In addition, the western location of the house surely gives generously the most beautiful sunset images. During the evening the sound of the waves travels the visitor through dreams full of unique images.
Due to its location (2m from the sea) it is impossible to get to a car, but there is a parking space available at the ‘’astakas’’ restaurant ,at no extra charge.

Klima is a picturesque fishing village where the visitor has the opportunity to experience the interaction with the sea element. Highly recommended who everyone loves snorkeling ,as you can find ancient walls of old city.
Furthemore nearby Klima there is a unique walking path which takes you through the history of Milos to view the ancient walls of the city, catacombs,the place statue Venus de Milo was found, the roman theatre,baptistery,chappel Profitis Ilias and chappel Agios Nikolaos (walkig path to Tramithia).
Furthermore at Klima there is a great restaurant " Astakas'' in a great location and fresh fish.
