Set of 2 cottages of 6 and 12 people adjoining, united and communicating. This cottage is located outside the village on a plot of 1200 m² with an open view of the Pyrenees mountains. During your stay you will enjoy the alliance of modern comforts of a renovation of qualities a typical Ariège house of 1862. Large terrace to the south.
The space
We wanted to give our cottage a warm spirit by furnishing it by mixing new furniture like all the bedding and renovated elements.
Houses ideally located outside the village of Larnat. The village allows you to go directly for a hike or enjoy nature in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is located on 1200 m² of land.
We designed this cottage to make your holiday experience the best it can be.
Access will be autonomous using smart locks and locks.

The bunk beds are suitable for a maximum of 1 adult sleeping downstairs. The cottages are therefore recommended for a maximum of 16 adults.
There are no shops in the village but you will find everything you need in the Cabin village 8 km away

This house is located in a village with neighbours nearby. The organization of parties is prohibited to preserve the tranquility of the place.
The deposit of €400 is required to ensure compliance with the ban on evening planning. This deposit will be taken in the event of a complaint from the neighborhood or the intervention of the police if a festive event is held. In other cases, it is refunded without delay.
