Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

The space
This adorable home is tucked in away from the street with your own entrance. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, heat & A/C, dining space, living room, outdoor seating area, bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is best suited for 2 people. If a third guest is staying we have an air mattress or sleeping cot with memory foam mattress available. A washer and dryer are onsite to use if needed. A desk and chair are available if you need to get some work completed. If you forgot something more than likely we will have it on hand for you. The home comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste and an extra toothbrush, paper goods and if you are lucky maybe some wine or local brew to kick off your stay. The cottage and property are not “baby proofed”, therefore we ask that only adult guests stay.

Located minutes away from Disneyland, 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes to Newport Beach, 3 minutes from Chapman University and a short walk to great dining in the Circle.

I love chatting with anyone. My favorite sport is people watching. I can not live without my family which consists of my husband and two daughters. We are empty nesters so traveling to new destinations is top on our list. When I’m on a trip I do not cook because I love adventurous dining. I just need a coffee pot. I have rentals myself and will treat anyone’s home just like my own.

Daniel and Christina are your hosts. We live in the front house. We have lived in the same home for almost 30 years and love our neighborhood. We have redone the property from top to bottom. We also have a furry host pup named Jojo that will probably want to become your best friend during your visit. We will not interfere with guests enjoying the space, but we are readily available if needed via Airbnb messaging, text or phone call.
