This apartment has been completely renovated. New kitchen cabinets, backsplash, and flooring to name a few of the changes. This unit is 1 of 4 in a multi-unit building. It is located on the first floor. It is generally quiet but you may experience typical apartment noise from the neighbors above. As the long term tenants move out, I will be updating and transitioning to only do short term stays.
