The space
Are you looking for a nice cozy, clean and natural place? Ideal for families but also wonderful for the two of you. Beautiful place with a spacious garden, terrace, in a beautiful wooded area on a park. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun all afternoon. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious Burgundian barbecue in the comfortable outdoor lounge in the garden with pallet bench and soft pillows.
The surroundings:
The Tiny House is located a few hundred meters from the NATURE RESERVE DE MAASHORST This nature reserve has recreational lakes, lush rivers and many wooded areas with a rich flora and fauna. It is possible to cycle/mountainbike in the natural surroundings, to walk, fish, fish, eat out and relax on the water. There are also two bikes available at the Tiny House (a men's and women's bike). These can be rented at a soft daily rate to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The Tiny House: 1.5 years ago, I built the Tiny House on wheels, paying attention to durability and comfort. The installation and facilities level is large and the finishing level is also high. The Tiny House is completely independent (shower/toilet/kitchen) and has all standard amenities and air conditioning.

Layout:
In front of the Tiny House is a spacious parking lot where two cars can be parked. Parking directly at the Tiny House is therefore possible. From the parking lot, access to the garden with privacy is possible. There is also a paved terrace at the front. The Tiny House is accessed through a double door and features a spacious living room/open kitchen. On the right side is a study, bathroom and sleeping area. Furthermore, it has a lot of glass, giving the Tiny House a very spacious feeling. The double bed is large 2.20 m x 1.40 m. The sofa in the living room can easily be made into a sofa bed for a child or two children. The sofa is 0.8 m x 2.4 m. On request, an extra mattress can be placed under the sofa for an extra child.
Extras:
The Tiny House is rented out including very fast Wi-fi (25 mbit per sec.), bed linen, cleaning, a perculator including coffee, kettle and tea, hand soap, toilet paper and some other basic supplies such as: salt, pepper, oil, detergent, etc.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.
