Absolute silence is found in this charming house, of about 120 sqm, and its surroundings, a quiet little village on the High Coast! Unlimited Internet/Wifi in the house. Two wooden decks mean that you can have breakfast out in the back and dinner out in the front in a scenic hilly outdoor environment, and with a little luck you can see owls flying by. Lake view and adjacent lake plot in Bålsjön, 300 m away, where there is also a rowing boat. Fishing license can be purchased from the neighbor.

The space
The house is from the end of the 19th century with timber frame and is very charming with nice original details. Large rooms with old wooden floors and 2.70 in ceiling height. On the ground floor there is: A large square farm kitchen with wood stove, electric stove and microwave and dishwasher. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. A room next to the kitchen with a sofa bed, and a table where you can sit and play games, as well as doors to the wooden deck at the back. A living room with two sofas, piano and TV. Upstairs are four bedrooms. Two large "master bedrooms", with double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and one bedroom has one single bed.

The neighborhood is very beautiful with high mountains and deep valleys. The house is located in the middle of the High Coast area - which is a world heritage site due to all the traces of the ice age and the unique land uplift. The house is close to all sights, it is 15 minutes by car to the sea. Most sights are only about 30 minutes away by car: Skuleskogen, with hiking trails (Höga Kustenleden) and Slåttdalsskrevan, and it is about 30-40 minutes to the fishing villages Norrfällsviken, Bönhamn and Barsta out on the coast. The "Ådalen 31" monument, where the military shot workers in 1931, and the traditional Westerlund's café, with original 1950s furnishings, which are located in the other direction, are only 20 minutes away. Kramfors and Ådalen's Industrial Museum are about 20-30 minutes away.
