Oia Kissiri, a brand new (2021) complex of 5 independant villas, is a perfect base for families and couples alike; it is delightful to relax in the evenings, with the deck chairs, sun beds and dining area set on the patio. Surrounded by vineyards and you can find the pretty cobbled streets and whitewashed houses of Finikia a 15 minute walk. The crystal clear waters of Baxedes black sandy beach are a 10-15 minute walk away and the superb sunset views of Oia a 5 minute drive away (2.5km).

The spacious private pool villa is consisted of an open plan kitchen and living room area with a big sofa where you can relax and watch TV. The sofa can accommodate with great comfort an extra person, as it is actually a single mattress. The fully equipped kitchen has an exquisite traditional style with a fridge, stove top, boiler, coffee making facilities etc. The bathroom combines traditional style with modern furniture. It has a shower area and includes a set of bathroom amenities as well as towels. There is one double bedroom on ground floor and a second double bedroom on first floor.

Our real jewel is the outdoor place. The big swimming pool offers unforgettable moments and a memorable holiday. Comfortable big sunbeds and a lovely dining table allow for outdoor cocktails and relaxing time any time of the day.

This quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom - private pool villa is located in a peaceful area, 5 minutes from Oia - one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the Mediterranean,
15 minutes from Fira (the capital of Santorini and one of the most popular touristic attractions of the Aegean Sea) and
30 minutes drive from Akrotiri village located at the other end of the island.

It is located in Baxedes, one of the most relaxed sides of the island. Baxedes is a semi-rural area very close to the cosmopolitan town of Oia and the unique beach of Koloumbos. The house is less than 900m to the beach of Baxedes with the volcanic scenery of the coast and less than 350m from one of the most traditional vineyards of the island where the famous Vinsanto wine is produced. The guest enjoys a magnificent view of the north bay of Santorini and the spectacular Aegean sunset.
