A light-flooded cozy apartment overlooking the rooftops of the old town island. In just two minutes you are at the beautiful Elbe beach or the market square with small cafes and shops.

By bike ferry you are in 5 minutes on the other side of the Elbe from where a pleasant cycle path always leads you along the river.

The space
The apartment is located in the attic of a well-preserved small half-timbered house from ca 1780. It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed and a little Elbe view, a small bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and an open living-dining area with window front, through which the evening light falls beautifully. The exposed old beams give the whole a typical cuddly half-timbered flair.

Beavers as well as eagles, storks and many other bird species are native here. The sofa raft of the Old Town Museum offers a great opportunity to watch these animals on its Elbe tours.
Alternatively, there is also the possibility to rent your own canoe in the Wendland. At night, thanks to minimal light pollution, a breathtaking starry sky can be admired here.

Another special feature of the Wendland are the approximately 100 charming roundling villages, most of which are listed as historic monuments. The small town of Dannenberg with the Thielenburg Lake and a great ice cream parlour is also worth a visit.
