The space
Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and the full bathroom, with a bath, are upstairs. There is also a balcony upstairs with a beautiful view. Bedroom 5 (with a three-quarter bed) and the full bathroom, with a shower, is downstairs with the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The patio with outdoor braai and dining area is also on the downstairs level. The entrance to the house do not have stairs, only a 5 cm high threshold.

There are 6 houses on this small holding, called Van Rooyenshoek. We are situated between dairy and sheep farms on the edge of the Impofu Dam, which is built on the Kromme River. We have beautiful views of the Impofu Dam and the Kouga Mountains.
