Welcome to our 'barn-dominium' with 1 bedroom and a beautiful bathroom that has a modern clawfoot style tub. We have full size laundry washer and dryer and a full kitchen. You can see Carancahua bay from the property and is nearly walking distance to the community lighted fishing pier and the boat ramp.
Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), a swimming pool and park/play ground for the kids, and private/community boat ramp and lighted fishing peir.

The space
Comfortable sectional couch with 50 inch TV for when you are not fishing or while you're waiting for the rain to stop. We have board games, cards and books too. There is a coffee machine that you can brew a pot, a cup, or use a K cup.

Walk or drive less than a mile to the bay. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or catch flounder, redfish, etc. off the lighted fishing pier. We are 15 minutes from Palacios, 20 minutes from Port Lavaca, 2 hours from Corpus Christi and Houston and 3 hours from San Antonio
