Ocean front! One of the closest Caribbean beach towns to the SJO Airport. Just 170km east through incredible mountain passes and tropical parks! Brand new 4 unit complex with a/c, heated pool and Rancho!

Each unit is fully furnished and equipped for you to walk in and enjoy the ocean front views! Located less than 500m to Barrio Cangrejo with restaurants and groceries as well as less than a 10min walk to one of Limon's most beautiful beaches and local surf spot Playa Bonita and park Cariari.

The space
One of the newest buildings in the area! Limon is known for it's Latin/Jamaican culture, laid back vibes and amazing food! The jungle meets the beach creating opportunity to experience the local flora and fauna. The climate is very comfortable often cool at night.

I am a Canadian living in Costa Rica. I have been working abroad and travelling the world for the last 6 years, living in Thailand, the UAE and settling with my family in Costa Rica!

After 16 years working in oil and gas I had my first child. At that point time seemed to speed up and I started really missing moments. I decided to make a huge change and start an online business allowing me to work from home! No more missed opportunities!

We enjoy travelling out of Costa Rica often however while here we love spending time surfing on our boat in lake Arenal, at the beach in Jaco or at our house near the Airport in Heredia. Every chance we get we are off exploring a new destination, restaurant or activity so we are happy to recommend our favourite things to do!
