Lovely beach house 1 street back (250m) from the amazing 90 mile beach, go to sleep listening the waves crash against the shore. Enjoy fishing, boating, long walks along the beach and hi to the abundance of wildlife that stop by.

The house is very clean and tidy with log burning pot belly stove, 50 inch smart tv with Stan, Nexfix & Bose audio, electric block out blinds 2 outdoor fire pits BBQ and much more.

The space
The house has 2 queen bedrooms the master can be set up to comfortably fit the porta cot that is supplied.

There is a bathroom/laundry with a good size washing machine for your use.

The lounge room is a lovely cosy space with a wood burning pot belly fire, 50 inch smart tv with full inbuilt Bose surround sound. The room also has a new spilt system to keep you cool in summer and toasty warn in the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need, we ask if you use the last of something please replace it for the next guests.

The dinning area has a good size table that seats 4.

Golden/Paradise beach is al lovely little coastal town set on the amazing 90 mile beach about 2 hours and 45 minutes from Melbourne. The town has the basics a general store with a liquor shop take away and fuel. The is a café 9 hole gulf course, bowls club, BMX track, foreshore BBQ area. There are walking track the beach and the Trinculo Shipwreck.

Sale is 25 minutes drive from the house, Sale is a large town with Coles Woolworths and everything you need. There is many things to in sale there is the old swing bridge, port of sale heritage cruises, botanical gardens, wetlands board walk and much more.
