Beach house paradise located on the Amherst Shore. The house has three large bedrooms and one small bedroom, with two large bathrooms, central vac, washer / dryer, outdoor barbeque and large living room. An upstairs sitting room, with four decks for sun during the day. Fantastic beach access just feet from the front deck. Its a ocean paradise. Ardmore by the Sea.

The space
Large ceilings, wonderful kitchen with two fridges - plus wine fridge, dishwasher and eat in Kitchen with dinning table - large common room with big screen TV - three large bedrooms, and all the comforts of home on the beach. Lots and lots of outdoor furniture.

One of the most beautiful little bays in the province. Accessible via private lane with little to no traffic. Convenience store (licensed) within walking distance. Ice cream store with patio within walking distance. Fresh seafood available within 10 minute drive. Close to provincial camp ground and two golf courses. Access to beach and neighboring beach stretching for miles, great for a long walk at low tide or a kayak at high tide. 30 minute drive to bridge to PEI. Fox Harbour golf course is 30 minutes away, Northumberland Links golf course is 25 minutes away and Amherst golf and country club is 25 minutes away.
