A beautiful old Villa, gorgeously stylish and newly decorated.
The perfect location for a family holiday both Summer and Winter, a short stroll to the end of the road will find you walking through the dunes onto the stunning sandy beach.
Otherwise the setting is ideal to just relax and enjoy a romantic getaway !

The space
This stunning home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the added bonus of a sleep-out with ensuite ideal for bringing the Grandparents !

The property is fully fenced and private with a beautiful cottage garden in the front. There is also a large North-West facing lawn and deck at the rear where you can sit out and enjoy a wine whilst watching the sun set.

There is a BBQ on the deck and outdoor games for the Summer months, whilst the living area has a log burner for a cozy Winter stay.

There are board games, books, tennis rackets and cricket set for your use.
There are also body boards for the children, ideal for catching the waves or sliding down the sand dunes !

Our Beach House is set in the beautiful coastal community of Porangahau, literally a short stroll at the end of the road through the sand dunes and you’ll be on the most amazing stretch of golden sand… Te Paerahi Beach !
Here you can enjoy the waves, soak up the sun or surf cast and dive in some incredible fishing spots.
The Porangahua Country Club backs onto our property where you will be able to play a round of Golf , Tennis or Bowls. Dinner cooked by Orlando on Friday nights is an absolute must !
A five minute drive will take you back into Porangahu Township if you wish to sample the local hospitality at The Duke.
The Dairy can supply you with amazing Fish & Chips, Ice-creams and anything else you may have forgotten.
Flotsam and Jetsam Coffee is next door for those coffee lovers …

I am from the UK and have lived in NZ for 11 Years , I now call Napier home.
I love travelling, especially around NZ finding cute and quirky places to stay. I especially have a love of the sea so when I found Porangahau and this lovely old Villa I immediately fell in love !
Our gorgeous old Villa has been tastefully redecorated and refurbished throughout combining some lovely old pieces with new.
We hope when you stay you fall in love with The Beach House and the beautiful community of Porangahau as we have !!!!
