Welcome to THE OSTIE! We are a fun & eclectic former Artist Studio & Loft located less than a 10 min walk to TD Ameritrade Stadium (College World Series), CHI Health Center, and Creighton University. This unique property is a spacious, century-old commercial building converted into a home and artist studio. It's the perfect place to relax while you take in all Downtown Omaha has to offer. Walk to many main attractions, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

The space
Over 4,000 sq. feet on main level and 1,500 sq. foot loft allows for plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. There is a bonus studio space (with ping pong table), and many fun nooks to explore, including a secret staircase. An enclosed, private outdoor space off the back of the building is perfect for BBQs and socializing.

Events are allowed within reason.
Ask about options for small gatherings. We’d be a perfect fit for your office party, wedding/baby shower, girls’ getaway, or family reunion.

You can’t beat the location!
We are located 2.5 blocks from TD Ameritrade Park, 1 block from Creighton University, 4 blocks from CHI Health Center and 10 blocks (4 min. car ride) from The Old Market. The Henry Doorly Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens are less than a 10 minute drive.
One store down is Pettit's Pastry's, an old school bakeshop with delicious donuts (try the Blueberry glazed on the weekend!). 2 blocks down the street is Film Streams Art Cinema Theater, The Slow Down (Live Concerts/Shows), Zipline Brewing Company, The Trap Room (fantastic craft cocktails), Hook & Lime (tacos and small plates), and the best coffee at Rally's Coffee Company.
A 5 minute walk gets you to The Old Mattress Factory Bar & Grill which is a great stop for lunch or take out.
