Hatfield House is a new listing in the Logan, WV area. The house was built in 1930 and was previously owned by Devil Anse Hatfield’s great grandson. The home has a spacious floor plan, allowing guests plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property also has a large yard for outdoor sitting/activities.

We are located next to the Guyandotte River and near the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfield and McCoy Trail System. Park and ride, no need to trailer to the trails.

The space
Hatfield House was build in 1930. A craftsman style home with unique qualities that an old home provides. Named after the previous owner (Devil Anse Hatfield's grandson). He was an avid carpenter and the house has some of his projects still in place. At 1900 square feet, the house provides a spacious floor plan for our guests to enjoy. The outside areas include a large yard, front porch, back deck, patio and a fire pit with seating. We have parking at the front of the house to accommodate multiple vehicles and graveled parking in the back of the home for additional (trailer/hauler) parking.

Located near the Bearwallow trailhead and the city of Logan. Multiple restaurants and gas stations are located within a mile of the house. The house sits on the banks of the Guyandotte river which provides great fishing and kayaking in the summer months. Whether you're here visiting to ride the trails or simple relaxing on a family getaway, we are sure that you will enjoy your stay at our Hatfield House.

My husband and I have lived in the coalfields of southern WV our entire lives. We enjoy traveling, but love where we live and all it has to offer. We spend our free time on our rivers and streams kayaking and fishing, mountain biking and hiking on our trails at Chief Logan State Park and riding the trails of the Hatfield McCoy system on our motorcycles or ATV. Logan is an outdoorsmans dream! We look forward to sharing our bit of our WV with you.
