* Spacious house situated 3km from Dingle town with ample garden space and parking.

*Dingle is a short drive away, 5 mins drive or approx 30 mins walk (along a quieter back road)

* House features a decking area where you can enjoy BBQs and sunshine

* There are some lovely walks surrounding this area and your closest beach is less than 5 mins drive.

* Huge kitchen for entertaining

* Only suitable for families or mature adults (10 max) who wish to relax and unwind in the beautiful Dingle

The space
* Guests will have full access to all amenities throughout the house, huge kitchen/dining area/sunroom where you can cook your favorite meal and enjoy a cosy night in. This area is perfect for entertaining.

* There is a decking area off the sunroom where you will have private use of a BBQ area.

* House is spacious and has a separate living room with a stove and a smart TV. There is plenty of room for 10 people. There is a snug reading corner with a rocking chair for those who like to switch off and get lost in a book, I will leave a variation of books for your use! I will also provide board games that you can use for your entertainment in case of a rainy day.

* Guests have access to utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron/iron board etc.
There is a front and back garden that you can use and there is plenty of room for children to run around!

* All rooms come with a smart TV (Netflix, Rte Player, YouTube).
There are two baths in the house.

* The kitchen will be well-stocked with tea and coffee. I will also leave herbs and spices if you fancy cooking dinner.

Adequate fresh linen will be provided for your stay.

The house is situated in the countryside so it is nice and quiet, it is on the main road as you enter Dingle town but noise isn’t an issue. You will feel safe and at home here and will have a very comfortable stay. There is parking to the front and to the rear of the house with room for numerous cars. There is plenty of room for bikes/kayaks or boats/trailers. This is a very safe area.
