Amazing views of the Sandia Mountains! Cute home in a quiet, safe neighborhood with private parking. High speed internet, 2 smart TV's and all the amenities of home. Watch hot air balloons float across the sky in the morning & majestic sunsets in the evening. Less than a mile from Rio Grande river access & 16 miles of biking/hiking trails. Take a walk in the world's largest Cottonwood Forest ! 2 miles to Village of Corrales, 15 min to Balloon Fiesta Park, 45 min to Santa Fe, 30 to downtown ABQ

The space
Covered flagstone front porch, large back yard with a covered patio, seating & BBQ. Propane and wood burning fire pits in the back yard. Open kitchen and living room layout with an extra large sectional sofa and electric fireplace for relaxing inside after a day of adventuring. Bar seating for 2 in the kitchen with a 4 person dining table. Chaise lounge with mountain views for reading in the main bedroom. Main bedroom has private bathroom. We live here part time with our 2 fur babies. While we make every effort to keep our home impeccably clean, they are not hypoallergenic dogs. If you have any allergies to dogs please consider that when booking.

I live in New Mexico with my husband and 2 dogs working as a nurse. I don't get to travel as much as I'd like, but we do get tons of hiking and skiing in here in the land of enchantment. Hoping for lots more travel adventures soon!
