Welcome to our airy, spacious and sunlit two bedroom apartment in the heart of Wellington West. This lofty apartment is located a one minute walk to Tunney's pasture LRT and minutes away from fabulous restaurants and bars located on Wellington St. We are just a few minutes walk from the Ottawa River. We offer free wifi and a big screen TV with Roku. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and easy Self check in keyless - no contact. Parking also available for a medium size car.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Futon and a loveseat.
There is a 3rd room in the apartment which is locked and occupied with the landlord's personal belongings. This room is not accessible to guests.

Enjoy the soft sand, water activities and spectacular sunsets at Westboro Beach on the Ottawa River.

Over one weekend in August, the Fuse Street Festival turns Richmond Road into a party with live music, culinary experiences and family fun.

During mild weather, the recreational pathways along the Ottawa River are filled with cyclists, pole-walkers, roller-bladers and runners. In the winter, the section between Westboro and the Canadian War Museum near downtown Ottawa becomes the Sir John A. Macdonald Winter Trail, known locally as the SJAM. Cross-country skiers, snowshoers, fat-bikers and walkers all use this groomed snow route. Urban nature at its best!
