Excellent for holidays and weekends, at this time for home office work as well. Located in a Closed Condominium full of summer houses, close to the Messianic church of Brazil, without trade around, (delivery tips will be indicated by the hostess )
In times of pandemic we accept a maximum of 08 people, it is allowed to take visits , check the additional costs.

The space
It has a great outdoor area, with pool and gourmet space, with barbecue, wood-fired oven, wood stove and Wi-Fi 200 megas , with excellent signal around the house.

We can not forget the warmth of a wooden house with bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms and bathrooms.

The place offers a great space for walking and hiking, or cycling as the condominium is quite safe.

Guest access
The reception of the keys will be available at the condominium entrance.

The region has several deliveries such as bakery, pharmacy, snacks, pizzeria, hortifrutti, market and cheeses; when making the reservation we will share the complete list of these foods.

Sound policy:

Our house is inside a gated condominium making it impossible to sound loudly, as we have close neighbors who help to look after the condominium.

After 10 pm the sound has to respect the environment, subject to a fine of up to three nights.

1) Verbal warning for the safety of the condominium.
2) Written warning applied by the security.
3) Invited to vacate the house accompanied by the Municipal Guard.

Respect the sound limit, keep the atmosphere pleasant so that neighbors can also enjoy the place.
