Where you’ll be

Vila Nair, São Paulo, Brazil

You will be in an amazing historical region, after all here the shout of Brazil's independence was given, at the same time it has everything from our modern life.
Here in the Ipiranga region are several city sights: São Paulo Aquarium, Zoo, Botanical Garden, Zoo Safari, Independence Park, Ipiranga Museum (still closed for renovation - reopening on Sep/22).
On Rua Brigadeiro Jordão, there are little bars to enjoy the evening.
Since São Paulo is famous for its "padocas", you can enjoy the (nearest) Fiorella, Big Bread, Grain of Ipiranga and Patriopan.
On Sundays you can have a pastel de feira with sugarcane broth (another São Paulo tradition) at the nearby farmers' market.
If you're in São Paulo, you can't miss the pizza and there are plenty of options here. From Pizza Hut and Domino's to our delivery pizzerias, we really like Santa Ignorância, Fontana di Trevi and Gusto Italiano.
In the region there are all the markets. Close to home is the Gaúcho Market, a family-friendly market that sells everything for the basic daily life. We also recommend São Carlos Dairy, if you want a different cheese or a more top built in.
But you can walk or bike to others: Hirota Express, Carrefour Express, Day, Extra, Hirota and Americanas.
On Rua Gentil de Moura (the same as the metro) with Rua Vergueiro, it has all banks, also on foot or by bike. In addition to extensive trade with markets, drugstores, shops, restaurants (such as fast food Ragazzo) and services.
If you want to stroll a bit more on Av. Nazaré has a lot of cool things to eat: American Co, Masake Sushi, Feijão de Corda Restaurant, Colombian Macondo, King of Abadejo, Espetinho Mimi, Magic Chicken, Food Park Museum (there are several food trucks with live Rock on Saturdays), Subway, McDonald's, Pizza Hut...and so on.
On Nazaré Ave, there is also a Daiso that is inside the Hirota market, aesthetic center and other options.
Crossing Tancredo Neves, in the Moinho Velho neighborhood you can enjoy the traditional Bacalhau do Porto restaurant.
In the neighborhood are 3 hospitals: São Camilo Ipiranga, Dom Alvarenga and Ipiranga Children's Clinic.
We are close to the Plastic Hospital on Rua Bom Pastor.
It is a convenient neighborhood for those who want to get around São Paulo. It's very close to Av. Paulista, easy to get to in Berrini and Brooklin, easy to get to the Historic City Center and shopping streets.
