) We live in a large house in Neumarkt in the Hausruckkreis about 10min from Grieskirchen, 15min from the Eurotherme Bad Schallerbach, 20min from the Tierpark Schmiding, 30min from Wels, Ried i. I., Schärding, 45min from Linz, 1.5 h from Salzburg and 2.5h from Vienna.

Furthermore, the Baumkronenweg in Kopfing, the Ikuna village in Natternbach, the Danube and Lake Attersee are not too far away.

For hiking in the mountains you drive about 45min.

So everything within reach for the perfect holiday : )

The space
We (Mama, Papa, small child, small dog and cat) have on the first floor an entire apartment including equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, bathroom, bedroom and covered roof terrace with barbecue. We would like to share this apartment with you and give you a nice holiday. We live on the lower floor. So space enough :

) As already described, we have a lot to offer in the region. The train station is also only a 7-minute walk away. If someone arrives by train, we would be happy to pick you up if you need us. Two supermarkets, a bakery, bank, and 2 pizzerias are also within walking distance.

We have a little bitch and a cat. So you can also bring your pets as far as they know children and are also compatible with other dogs. We have a pool that can be used with pleasure. A children's playground can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is really very cozy and decorated with a lot of love. There is a 160x200cm bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be taken off, on which two adults have loose space. In addition, we have a cozy sleeping mattress and a travel cot for babies and toddlers that can be provided additionally. So we can accommodate up to 5 people + a baby:) The small bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
