The space
PLEASE NOTE: the home is on SEPTIC. DO NOT PUT FOOD DOWN THE SINK. It is not meant to handle food. Please put food from your dishes in the garbage. And be sure the strainer is in the drain. Also use the correct buttons when flushing the toilets. Thank you.

The home is family friendly and well equipped with activities to keep everyone entertained. With plenty of room for everyone to live and sleep comfortably, you will adore this clean, comfortable home.

There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 XL Twin beds and a twin over twin bunk bed with a pull out twin, plenty of sofas/sectionals for extra accommodations, plus a pack n play. 2 living spaces and a ping pong table! The kitchen/living room combo is a beautiful open area with plenty of dining seating and breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a large tub and walk-in shower, plus a large walk-in closet.

The game room has ping pong, games, and more.

This home sits on a beautifully wooded full acre in Double Oak with a large yard, seating and grass for outdoor activities plus swings, play structure and trampoline for your kids to play as well as a fully fenced/gated pool. Enjoy your nights around fire pit.

There’s also a keurig and coffee pods, toiletries, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, plus activities for all ages. There's a private office as well as a homework desk available for work. Guests do not have access to the garage.
