Beautiful red cottage with fantastic views of our alpine pasture. The Stuga consists of an old house (newly renovated in 2021) and a new annex (2021). A mixture of wonderfully antique charm and practically modern with tasteful furnishings.

The space
The house is located in the southern Värmland near Säffle / Vänern with several lakes in the immediate vicinity. From the large veranda you have a direct view of our alpaca meadow and the forest behind it, in which you can find blueberries, cranberries, raspberries as well as chanterelles and other mushrooms depending on the season. Of course, we also offer hikes with our alpacas.

In the house you will find everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds, a cot and a baby cot, bathroom with shower/bathtub, living room with access to the spacious veranda with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue in the back and a small veranda with seating in the front. It features every modern convenience including flat-screen TV (wi-fi connected but no antenna program), free wi-fi and dishwasher.
The house is fully insulated and therefore available all year round. A cosy fireplace provides cosy warmth.

The garden around the house is fenced so your four-legged friend can spend his vacation here.

There are several lakes in the area, some of which are within walking distance and which invite you to swim. A special, child-friendly bathing spot can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. There are toilets, changing rooms, a sunbathing area, picnic tables, a jetty and a very flat beach. Ideal for children!

There are many beautiful excursion destinations in the area such as the large lake Vänern, a Viking village, of Echstedska Gården, Glasskogen and much more.

Duvets and pillows are of course available. Linen and towels can be brought or borrowed from us for a fee of 75 kr.
