Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge c1880.

Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a few minutes drive from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills Wine Region.

The Colonial is a spacious but cosy one bedroom apartment, perfect for both singles or couples.

The space
Featuring a well appointed galley kitchen with new dishwasher, large lounge area to relax in front of the 55" Smart TV watching Netflix, and a comfy separate bedroom.

The Colonial features two smaller outside courtyard areas, one private. Other features clothes washer/dryer , reverse cycle air-conditioning and wireless high-speed internet.
