Gated private guest house w/ yard in the heart of downtown. Kitchenette w/ refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. Walk-in closet, wireless thermostat. High-speed Internet and 55 inch HD TV streaming. Includes dedicated work space: widescreen 27 inch HD computer monitor, mouse, keyboard and printer -- just connect your own laptop. Please note there is not a washer & dryer for laundry in the guest house. When I am staying in the main house I'll be happy to do laundry for you.
