Our lovely semi-detached Victorian cottage is situated in the heart of the delightful Dorset town of Wimborne.

The cosy house has been tastefully renovated in keeping with its 1908 construction. We have good wifi and there is on road parking for one car.
Ideal for one or two couples or one family of adults.

The house is literally a five minute walk to to the centre of town, with its Waitrose supermarket, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways, and of course the famous Minster itself.

The space
The house is small but very comfortable, with well equipped kitchen, open plan dining space and lounge area with Victorian fireplace, Satellite TV and DVD player.

The beds are very comfortable and are made up with fresh top quality linen.

The main bathroom is on the first floor and there is shower room on the ground floor. Clean towels are provided for our guests.

Outside the back door is a covered area for al fresco dining, leading to the enclosed south west facing garden and our little 'pub' (see photos!) and BBQ area with outside table and chairs.

St. Catherines, in the Victorian quarter, is a quiet friendly street. You can easily walk to the town square, the Minster, Market, Waitrose, and there are plenty of excellent, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants within a short distance.
It's a 15 minute drive to the edge of The New Forest and about the same to Poole. Drive north of town and you are in Cranborne Chase, west is the Georgian town of Blandford Forum.

17 St. Catherines is also our second home, so we expect you to be as happy there as we are when we come. You will find that certain dates are blocked as 'unavailable' so that we can stay.

You will have the benefit of self check in by means of the key safe located by the front door.

We will always be contactable by phone or email, but we do have a friend who looks after the house for us and gets the house ready for the next guests. She can also be contacted in case of problems.
