This inexpensive, stylish and high-quality furnished 2-room home with its own bathroom, home office, TV, Netflix, X-Box and much more is located in an exclusive location with fantastic views of the Alpine chain from the bedroom window without through traffic.

Furthermore, the apartment is located on the comfortable ground floor without stairs. It is also not a basement apartment.

The lovingly furnished 2-room apartment (31 m ²) in a sunny, usually mist-free at 850m above sea level has one bedroom with a large 180 x 200 cm double bed with tempur mattresses for maximum sleeping comfort and there is a spacious wardrobe with lots of storage space (for example for longer stays)

In the living room there is a sofa bed, a dining table and a workplace with an Apple iMac 21.5" with Internet access.

The private bathroom has a shower with free hair shampoo and shower gel dispenser as well as a toilet.

For meals, there is a 2-burner induction stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. By the way, the dirty dishes are washed in our internal dishwasher.

There is also a TV with Netflix in the bedroom and an X-Box game console for your time distribution.

The apartment is suitable for max. 2 adults without children and without pets

An Airbnb outdoor area (approx. 40m2) with lawn and chillout lounge with views of the Alps or the fog sea equipped with garden table, chairs and, on request, sun beds are available free of charge for use.

It also has two charging ports at the Airbnb entrance for two e-bikes and a fast charging station (high current) for an electric car. (for a fee)

Bicycles can be parked and recharged directly in front of the property, protected from the weather.
