Our space was prepared with you in mind that you need a place to have the perfect rest, and also work or study with great productivity. We care about providing a great hosting experience.

The best accommodation in SJC for you to rest, work, study and much more.

Our space is a private suite of 41 square meters, in addition to the bathroom. The entire room is decorated with furniture, king-size bed, heated shower, spacious bathroom, hairdryer, towel, blanket and pillows, iron, 90-litre minibar, 50-inch Smart TV, fan, as well as a table for food and work. The internet is via WIFI with 300 mega, perfect for work or home office studies, and for your leisure we count on Amazon Prime Video subscription released.

Attached to the room we provide a shared space with other rooms that has a complete kitchen for the preparation of meals equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, cutlery and more. In addition, we also offer the service area with a washing machine and drying space.

We are located in the Industrial Park, near the São José dos Campos Regional Hospital and South Clinics, with easy access to the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR116).
Nearby the accommodation are bakeries, supermarkets and various types of commerce. The neighborhood is typically residential with low noise in the streets.

If necessary, we also have a garage for a medium-sized car where you can store your vehicle safely, being triggered by a key delivered at check-in.
We also inform you that the rooms are upstairs, and therefore it is necessary to use a 16-step staircase. The kitchen and laundry area are on the ground floor.

We are always thinking of your comfort and therefore, we seek to keep the environment always clean and pleasant for your stadium.

The bedroom with bathroom is private, and the kitchen dining room, garage, patio and garden are shared.

Initially, we put on the listing that we don't accept pets, just because we don't have a proper structure, prepared to receive them, but if you want to bring your PET, let us know, so we can review each case.
