Romantic traditional Irish stone cottage newly renovated to include all modern comforts, super-king size bed with down duvet & pillows, log burning stove, all kitchen appliances & apple tv. Breakfast provided including fresh eggs from our chickens. Extremely comfortable to either work from or relax in, or both! Situated in private setting next to a magnificent 80 acres beech forest with streams and beautiful trails. Close to Waterford & Kilkenny City, The Copper Coast & Comeragh Mountains.

The space
This newly renovated cottage has a great feel to it. it is warm and cosy, private, has a modern feel although cottage is traditional old stone, has netflix on tv, a record player for those that like listening to music & good wifi.
There is a wood burning stove in cottage, we provide the logs and the kindling for this. There are great things to see and do in locality. We are situated right next to an 80 acre beech forest with trails and streams.

The cottage and its surroundings have a completely tranquil feel to them. The cottage is on a working farm with horses, dogs & chickens. The surrounding area has much to offer, beaches, mountain hikes, slate quarries, Kilkenny City, Waterford City & the forest next to us is beautiful.
Piltown is our closest village ( 2 miles) which hosts a great shop, pub (which serves food) and takeaways. There is a Lidl, Aldi & SuperValu 10 minutes away in Carrick on Suir.
