We offer a comfortable apartment, completely renovated to new, modern, very well equipped, located in the countryside with many opportunities for bucolic walks. Nice view of the terrace, private access and easy parking for several vehicles. A quiet place, quiet at night, nature within sight all around, the village has a bakery, a supermarket, an organic grocery store, a wine merchant, quick access to the city of Malmedy.

A gravel access ramp is reserved for your use only and allows you to park your vehicle (s) at your leisure days and nights as close as possible to the entrance for unloading. You will have access to the garage via a side door located in the ramp to store your bikes and sheltered bike rack in the garage, you can easily operate the motorized opening of the garage main door to take out your bikes easily, location bikes where are also the washer and dryer at your disposal exclusive for a small fee, a sink very practical hot/cold water to wash your dog's legs/boots/boot/bikes, if necessary with the available hose (for the use of the Karcher a small fee will be requested).
