Fully self-contained guest house, sleeps 4. The views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen & living area are some of the best in Binningup. Dolphin Views is behind the main house offering privacy including a separate entrance. No common walls. 1 min walk to beach.
A comfy sofa is the perfect place to chill after a day at the beach, read a book or watch some tv.
Perfect for couples, solo getaway or small family groups. Romantic, peaceful, quiet. Suits workers too.

The space

Dolphin Views is a purpose built guest house separate to the main house. There are no common walls. It is fully self-contained.

The owners of the main house at front are usually not at the house when guests are in Dolphin Views.

The house is straight across the road from the beach. The views are amazing, and some of the best in town. Dolphin Views is on a dead-end road, so there is little traffic.

Fishing can be done from the beach, then bring home and cook on the barbeque...very Australian, and very enjoyable.

Dolphin Views is in an elevated position, and up the top of a fairly steep and long driveway. You can walk or drive up the driveway.

There is then a ramp which leads to the front door. This is on an incline, and there are hand rails.

Try your hand at catching fish from the beach. For surfers there are a couple of breaks at Binningup and also up and down the coast a bit (beach access by 4WD).
