The penthouse is super well located, on the border between Gutierrez and Grajaú neighborhoods, with easy access to Av. do Contorno, Av. Amazonas, Av. Raja Gabaglia and Av. Baron Melo Man. Savassi, the heart of the city, is just a 10-minute drive.
