Enjoy the peaceful country setting in this very private, spacious 2 BR 2 BA guest suite in the rural small town of Franktown, with a separate private entrance, parking, and a rec room with a pool table and a pinball machine! This quiet family neighborhood is 20 minutes from both Castle Rock and Parker and 45 minutes to Denver. Pet friendly. The property is on 5 fenced acres with pine trees, meadows, and abundant wildlife. Perfect place to get away and call home while you enjoy Colorado.

The space
The space is a lower-level full walk-out with your own private entrance, dedicated parking, and lots of natural light. The space is one level with no stairs inside the space, and 2 outside steps to access the entry door. It consists of 3 areas, a studio apartment a separate private master bedroom, and a rec room! The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with an upgraded comfortable Layla mattress, fresh linens and comforter, and many soft pillows. The master also has a large bathroom with 2 sinks, tub/shower, plenty of counter space, make up/vanity area, various complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, alarm clock, soft towels, a very large walk-in closet, and a 55 inch TV. The studio space has a Queen sized bed with an upgraded Puffy mattress, fresh linens, comforter, and extra pillows and blankets. That space also includes a full kitchen and a 3/4 bathroom, living area with sofa, and a 65" TV. The kitchen has full-sized appliances, a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, and a countertop dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker, with complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, drinks, and essential utensils, cookware, flatware, toaster, and a crockpot. There is an eating area in the kitchen, a small workspace with a desk and chair in the studio, and a very large walk-in closet. The third area in the middle is a rec room with a pool table, pinball machine, dartboard, fireplace, board games, and a washer and dryer with laundry soap! There is WiFi and satellite TV ( UtubeTV, local TV, and Netflix. ) The Guest suite is 2,000 sq ft. There is a small covered deck for you to sit outside and drink your coffee, enjoy the scenery, wildlife, and amazing sunrises. The host lives in the home above so you may hear muffled sounds occasionally. We make an effort to be very quiet! Space has a great cellular signal and good internet.

Parking:
There is plenty of parking, 34+ spaces, including RV, boat, or trailer parking. Notify the host if you would like to park an RV.

This is a quiet, peaceful and safe family neighborhood where many people have horses and other animals on their property. You will often see deer or wild turkeys wandering around and an occasional bear. The neighborhood is a rural country setting with 5 acre lots of unique properties. A beautiful and safe area to take a stroll, walk your dog or take a bike ride. Franktown is a rural community off the beaten path with a couple of restaurants, cafes, shops, vet clinic, post office, a few other businesses and a couple of gas stations. Grocery stores are just a short 15 to 20 minute drive to larger towns, either Parker, Castle Rock or Elizabeth.
