An elegant cottage-studio located in the Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking area) of County Meath, just outside County Dublin and only 40 minutes drive from Dublin Airport.

The cottage is located a few metres from the original farmhouse, occupied by the hosts.

This is a quiet rural area, surrounded by a sheep farm. The property is within an easy drive of Dublin City (1 hour), Newgrange Archaelogical site (30 mins), the ancient town of Kells (15 mins) and the ancient royal city remains of Tara.

The space
'The Granny Flat' is a converted one-story outbuilding of about 600 sq mtrs. The front faces the owner's house and to the rear is a field of sheep. It's spacious and comfortable for a single person or a couple and very warm.
