Located between Quepos and Dominical.
The Villa sits on a mountain top in the "Hills of Portalon Estates and Reserve" (must have 4 wheel drive! ) there is a beautiful infinity pool. A gentleman's farm with goats, chickens and geese.
Two people for each room. Kids can stay with parents.

The space
From the two rooms that we rent together there are ocean and mountain views. The infinity pool is right outside the bedrooms, there are also lovely areas to have lunches or dinners. The cost for the two rooms is $180 per night for both rooms. On the property is a small fenced farm with chickens, five friendly goats, two geese and 4 dogs. Its a birders delight. Daily Toucans, flocks of parrots, even a couple of Macaws! There are hiking trails right outside our gate to gorgeous natural mountains with wildlife and farm animals.

Matapolo is the closest beach, right below us. Have views have views of Manuel Antonio National Park and it’s islands!

Owner of a beautiful home between Manuel Antonio and Dominical which we are just starting to rent. They are two of our bedrooms, they have private entrances and each has its own 3/4 bath (shower no tub) safes and mini fridges. Each of the rooms have ocean and garden views !
My partner and I have a staff of two caretakers that are local and able answer any questions about the area.
My partners name is Jurgen. He was the manager of The Tennis Club in Los Angeles for over 20 years!
Both of us are basically retired.
I was in Real Estate for over thirty years Associate Manger for three top Real Estate companies in Los Angeles for 28 of those 30 years.
Each of our rooms are $100 per night.....
So if you rent both rooms it will be $200 per night for both....
The rooms are separated by a door in the middle. So they can be used separately each with a king bed or the door can be opened so the space is larger with two king beds !
