This Flat combines it all!It's located at Athens greenest neighbourhood, right next to the bus stop which'll take you to the centre. There is a king sized bed and a couch/bed for 2, an espresso machine, a balcony to enjoy the sunshine and anything that would give you a "home away from home" feeling! And also a swimming pool to cope with Athens' excessive summer heat. While inside the house, the temperature will always remain at 23°C, due to the radiant floors.

The space
I am sure this space will meet all your needs!The radiant floors will keep you in the best temperature, while the view from the living room and the sunlights bathing it in the morning will constitute a perfect scenery for your early day espresso! If you are into fitness you can take advantage of the neighbourhood for some unforgettable evening joggings! You can also use the hi-tech fully equipped kitchen for some low-cost dinners.(butcher shop and mini market are located 120m from the house).Internet connection goes without saying, you will have free high speed internet anywhere in the house! And of course, any person renting this apartment, will have access to the huge swimming pool, with a maximum depth of 3 meters (!), which especially in summer will make you not wanting to leave the house!
PS: The swimming pool, which by the way just got maintaned and is fully usable, is shared with yours and only other two apartments of the building.

I am sure a visit will convince you! Also, in case you are into running, you can take advantage of the neighbourhood for some unforgettable evening joggings!
