Looking for peace and quiet? Country home just 6 miles to APSU and an even shorter drive to the Riverwalk and downtown eateries. Two of the 3 bedrooms and the backyard have a wooded view with a backyard fire pit and chairs to enjoy the moments of being in the country. A large commercial grill is an added feature for enjoying your getaway.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with all the comforts of home. A large granite table for all your family meals along with an entertainment station.

The space
Enjoy three bedrooms and one bath in a country setting and be only a few minutes from Downtown Clarksville, the Riverwalk, Liberty Park, Roxy Theatre, and APSU.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, two night stands, and a world travel theme.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser and a Tennessee barn theme.
Bedroom three has a twin bed with trundle pull out that makes that setup virtually the size of a king. It also is set up with a desk, chair, and a nightstand. This room has an APSU theme (our local state university). This room has an exterior door for ease of access to the side deck and the driveway.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, two chairs, two end tables, an electric fireplace, and tv with internet access to watch all your favorite streaming services. We also installed an entertainment bar with a record player and a few records for your enjoyment. Please bring your favorites LP as well. This bar could easily be set up for family game night or Sunday family dinner layout.
There is one guest bathroom that was recently renovated and is light and bright for your enjoyment. It includes a shower and tub combo.
Our kitchen is furnished as our home and we hope to include all the comforts of your own kitchen for your home-away-from-home feeling. It is equipped with a keurig coffee maker, kitchen aid mixer, pots, pans, glasses, and dishes for 8.
There is a long gravel driveway with plenty of free parking for your stay.
